Can I send cigars to different clients at different addresses?
Yes. We support split-shipment orders to any number of addresses within the continental US (all states except Utah). Each shipment is individually packaged with branded materials and tracked. Split-shipment adds $2 per additional address for labeling and handling.
What if I do not know what cigar my client prefers?
Default to a mild-to-medium Connecticut wrapper cigar like the Perdomo Habano Connecticut Gordo at $12. It is universally approachable and does not overwhelm occasional smokers. For clients you know are serious cigar smokers, upgrade to the Oliva Serie V Melanio at $16 or the Padron 1964 at $22.
How quickly can you fulfill a reorder?
Reorders using stored artwork ship within 7 to 10 business days. There is no design cycle because we pull the approved files from our archive. For quarterly program clients, we begin production automatically based on your agreed schedule.
Can I include a handwritten note or printed card?
Yes. We offer branded insert cards printed with your message, and for orders of 25 or more we can include a handwritten note card per package at $3 each. Provide the message text and we hand-write each card on premium stock.
