Order Processing
Orders are processed within 72 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Custom orders with artwork approval may require additional processing time.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via insured ground carriers. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the time of processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and delivery speed.
Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cigar products or accessories. Age verification is required at checkout and an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.
State Restrictions
Due to state tobacco regulations, we are unable to ship to Utah. All other U.S. states and territories are eligible for delivery.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of tobacco products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement. Custom-designed products are non-refundable once production begins.
