Send us your PMS reference numbers and we match them precisely in CMYK. If your brand uses a spot color that does not convert cleanly to CMYK (common with vivid blues and oranges), we flag it during proofing and offer the closest CMYK equivalent alongside the original for comparison.
For clients where exact color reproduction is critical (financial services, luxury brands, regulated industries), we produce a physical band proof mailed to your office before full production. The physical proof adds 3 to 5 business days but eliminates any color surprises.
Full-color CMYK handles logos with gradients, photographs, and unlimited colors at no extra cost. There is no per-color upcharge. A 6-color logo costs the same to print as a single-color monogram.
Gold, silver, copper, and rose gold foil stamping is available for logos or accents. Foil adds a tactile premium feel. Available on orders of 50 plus cigars. Adds 2 to 3 business days to the print phase.
File format requirements
The quality of your printed band is directly limited by the quality of the file you submit. A logo file from your website is almost never print-ready. Ask your marketing or design team for the original brand asset files.
What to send
- Best: AI or EPS vector file of your logo in CMYK color mode. This is the format your graphic designer or agency created the logo in originally.
- Good: SVG or vector-based PDF. Suitable for simple logos without complex gradients.
- Acceptable: PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI minimum, CMYK, with transparent background. Request this from your marketing team if vector files are unavailable.
- Not accepted: JPEG under 300 DPI, screenshots, images from websites or social media, Word documents with embedded logos. These produce visibly pixelated results at band scale.
Brand guidelines PDF: If your company has a brand guidelines document, attach it with your order. We use it to verify correct logo lockup, minimum clear space, approved color variations (full color, reversed, single color), and restricted uses. This prevents revision cycles caused by brand compliance issues.

Can you match our exact brand colors on the cigar band?
Yes. We offer full Pantone (PMS) color matching for all band printing. Send us your brand guidelines PDF or Pantone reference numbers and we reproduce them precisely. Without a Pantone reference, we match by eye from your vector files, but slight shifts may occur between screen and print. For brand-critical applications, request a physical band proof before full production.
What file format do you need for our company logo?
Vector files are preferred: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, SVG, or vector-based PDF. These scale perfectly to band size without quality loss. If you only have a raster file, submit PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI minimum in CMYK color mode. JPEGs from websites or social media are typically 72 DPI and will print pixelated. Ask your marketing team for the original brand asset files.
What is the minimum order for logo-branded cigars?
Our standard minimum is 20 cigars. For corporate logo orders, most clients order 50 or more to take advantage of volume pricing. Orders of 100 plus receive priority production scheduling and a dedicated design contact.
How long does a corporate logo cigar order take?
Standard production is 2 to 4 weeks from artwork approval to delivery. Orders under 100 cigars ship in 10 to 14 business days. Orders of 100 to 500 plus take 14 to 21 business days. Rush production at a 30 percent surcharge can cut lead times by 5 to 7 business days.
Can you ship directly to multiple offices or client addresses?
Yes. We support split-shipment orders to multiple addresses within the continental US (all states except Utah). Each shipment is individually packaged and tracked. Split-shipment adds $2 per additional address for labeling and handling.
Do you store our logo for reorders?
Yes. We archive all approved artwork and brand assets for 3 years. Reorders use the stored files for instant proof generation. Most reorders ship within 7 to 10 business days because there is no design cycle.
