3-cigar cedar gift box

$12 each (empty) or $15 with foam insert

Interior: 8.5 x 4 x 1.5 inches. Holds 3 Robusto or 3 Gordo cigars.

Hinged-lid Spanish cedar box with a satin finish. Optional foam insert holds each cigar in a separate channel. Lid can be laser-engraved with names, monograms, or logos. Interior lined with unfinished Spanish cedar for natural humidity retention.

Best for: Groomsmen gift sets, small corporate client gifts, wedding party thank-you packages.

5-cigar cedar gift box

Interior: 10.5 x 5 x 1.5 inches. Holds 5 cigars of mixed sizes.

Larger format of the 3-cigar box. Room for 5 cigars plus a cedar match sleeve or small cigar cutter. Magnetic closure for a cleaner opening experience than a hinge. Same laser engraving options as the 3-cigar box.

5-cigar desktop humidor

Interior: 9 x 6 x 3 inches. Spanish cedar lining, analog hygrometer, humidification disc.

A functional cigar humidor that stores cigars at the correct humidity for months. Laser-engraved lid with names, dates, or logos. Includes a calibrated analog hygrometer and a Boveda humidification disc. The recipient uses this as permanent cigar storage long after the event.

Laser engraving details

All cedar boxes and humidors can be laser-engraved on the lid surface. The engraving burns the design directly into the wood at a depth of approximately 1mm, creating a permanent mark that does not rub off or fade.

Engraving specs

Maximum area: 80 percent of lid surface (varies by box size)

File format: Vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). 300 DPI raster accepted for text-only designs.

Detail level: Lines thinner than 0.5mm may not engrave cleanly. Small serif type below 10pt should be tested first.

Multiple names: Individual engraving per box is available at no extra cost for orders under 20 boxes. Each box gets a unique name.

Timeline: Laser engraving adds 2 to 3 business days to production.

Branded tissue and ribbon

For corporate gifts and high-end wedding sets, branded tissue paper and ribbon add a layer of intentionality that guests notice the moment they open the box.

Custom tissue paper

White or kraft tissue printed in a single color with your logo, monogram, or repeating pattern. Wraps each cigar individually inside the box. Minimum order: 50 sheets (enough for 50 cigars).

Satin ribbon with tag

2.50 per box

Satin ribbon in 12 standard colors wraps around the closed box. Attached metallic tag with foil-stamped names, date, or logo. Available in gold, silver, copper, and white tag stock.

Custom sticker seal

0.75 per box

Round or square adhesive sticker that seals the box closed. Printed with your logo or monogram. Available in matte, glossy, or foil finish. Minimum 50 stickers per order.

Thank-you card insert

1.25 per box

4 x 6 inch heavyweight card with custom message and design. Printed on premium matte or textured stock. Sits on top of the cigars inside the box.

No. Our packaging is designed for the specific cigars we sell and band. The cedar tubes, boxes, and humidors are sized to fit our cigar shapes (Gordo, Robusto, Pyramid). If you need empty packaging for cigars you already own, we can accommodate that for orders over 100 units at a custom quote.

What engraving options are available for cedar boxes?

Laser engraving on the box lid. Options include names, dates, monograms, company logos, and short text (up to 30 characters for single-line, 60 for two-line). Engraving depth is 1mm for clear legibility. We engrave in natural cedar tone — no paint fill — for a clean, premium look.

How do branded tissue and ribbon work?

Branded tissue paper wraps each cigar inside the box. Your logo, monogram, or pattern is printed in a single color on white or kraft tissue. Ribbon options include satin in 12 standard colors, with a metallic foil-stamped tag showing names or a logo. Tissue adds 1.50 per cigar. Ribbon with tag adds 2.50 per box.

Can I mix packaging types in one order?

Yes. The most common mixed order is cedar tubes for the cigar bar (bulk, low cost) plus 3-cigar gift boxes for groomsmen or VIP corporate recipients. Each packaging type carries its own per-unit price. Combined orders over 40 cigars ship together.

How does packaging affect shipping cost and timeline?

Boxes and humidors add weight and volume, which increases FedEx shipping cost by $15 to $30 compared to tube-only orders. Production timeline stays the same: 5 to 10 business days for orders under 50, 7 to 14 for 50 to 100. Custom engraving adds 2 to 3 business days to the schedule.
